The starting point: We first designed Cathi’s brand in 2016, focusing heavily on the Puget Sound vibes of her local area. After moving to a new brokerage and taking a stunning new portrait, Cathi was ready for a new look to represent her business.
The target audience: As her business grew, so did her area of expertise. Cathi needed a brand that would appeal to all geographical areas, and that would exceptionally highlight all types of listings.
The strategy: Cathi was inspired by a bold black and gold color palette, which became the basis of her brand design. She wanted her design to feature clean lines, but with a personal signature-style logo.
The final brand: After creating her monogram logo, based on her real initials, we put it all together using her new portrait, seal-style monogram, and straight lines. The final product is a classy and luxurious brand that draws the eye in, and will help her stand out in every market.
