The starting point: Kristin Niebergall had completed a brand with us several years ago that highlighted her area – specifically the Chambers Bay golf course. After a few years, she decided that what she really needed was something fresh and young.
The target audience: Kristin wanted her refreshed design to be flexible enough to work for luxury homes, retirement properties, and rental investments. She maintained the classic structure of her design, but paired down her colors and fonts to the essentials for a minimal yet elegant result, perfect for appealing to any potential client on the horizon.
The strategy: Sunflowers are that signature element for Kristin, so we made sure we incorporated those as well as an artistic font. High contrast and small pops of saturated colors create a sense of light and open space.
The final brand: Kristin worked closely with our design team to craft her perfect design. You can’t help but look at this brand and smile!
