The starting point: Birmin cat mom, Angelina Wallent is an enthusiastic agent with a unique sense of style. With more than fifteen years of success and experience under her belt, Angelina was ready for a brand that would help her stand out and elevate her success in the next chapter of her business.
The target audience: Like many brokers, Angelina needed a brand that appealed to people across a wide range of demographics. Focusing mainly on the Eastside area, the perfect brand for her was one with a contemporary design that would provide her with the mobility to work with more upscale residences.
The strategy: To match her vision, we focused on creating a design using as few elements as possible. The dominant element is the elegant logo, a 7-pointed star logo made out of her A and W monogram, which really resonated with Angelina. Her palette has a soft neutral foundation with a pop of unique coral to match her energetic personality.
The final design: We chose a luxurious semi-serif font to bring forward Angelina’s refined style, and helped her choose her title, Real Estate Advisor, which perfectly summed up the guidance she provides to her clients and peers. To add a bit more dimension to the blocks of color, we created an elegant pattern using Angelina’s monogram star emblem. In special personal-marketing circumstances, we also included a photo of one of Angelina’s beautiful Birmin kitties! The final result of Angelina’s stand-out brand is one that is clean, bright, authoritative, energetic and cheerful. We just love it!
