The final design:  A strong logo and solid footer create the building blocks for an open and modern design. His rich palette of burgundy and charcoal is authoritative yet approachable. Finally, the calm beach panorama conveys a laid-back Northwest lifestyle and a satisfying end-of-day feeling that Keith strives to achieve with every transaction.
