The starting point: Teri came into Mastery planning to immediately create her own boutique brokerage called “Armada Homes.” She liked turquoise and a warm tan color, and was also interested in designing a logo for her business that was attention-grabbing and directly tied to real estate.
The target audience: She wants to target high price-point listings in her area, and needed a brand that would let those luxurious homes speak for themselves. Armed with her Managing Broker license and a goal to take other agents under her umbrella, she also needed a brand and systems that anyone could use.
The strategy: Our plan was to create a design that focuses on the Armada Homes business name, with a personal logo just for Teri that echoes the look of the brokerage logo.
The final design: To appeal to her ideal demographic and potential team members, we created an orderly design with beautiful whitespace. Her signature turquoise color keeps the design stylish and contemporary, while the luxurious serif font is bold and attention-grabbing. The custom roofline and key on her logo give the design personality, while her personal monogram emblem perfectly completes the brand.
