Q: “Denise, if I added one thing to my listing presentation this year, what would you recommend?”
A: An Experience Book. Hands-down, this is one of my favorite tools to have in this market. Choose six to ten of your recent listings, include photos, samples of your marketing for that listing, challenges that were overcome, and even a client testimonial if you have it.
The reason I like it and it is so effective is that it helps you tell a story that is beyond the list of services you offer. You can show how other sellers may have had similar problems with their listings and how you helped overcome those when presenting the home to the market, how appreciative your clients were, and it is a different way to present your track record.
