A:  What a great question and I have a good answer – complete your online profiles! It is free, will help you feel more organized and prepared, and it will help you look professional for potential clients. Make sure that at least your Zillow, Trulia, REALTOR.com, and LinkedIn profiles include your photo, bio, info about what areas or niche markets you serve, organizations you belong to, and make sure all your transactions are linked to your account as appropriate. I would also send a link to your past clients inviting them to review you on Zillow and/or Trulia.
