GIVING BACK … The Lisa Shilling Way!

This week I have to share the story of one of my dear clients, Lisa Shilling, who has introduced me to Seven’s Haven: a ranch dedicated to horse rescue and training, and equine therapy. Founder and director of this wonderful organization, Lisa is a woman who has a strong passion for horses and for helping. She is also one of the busiest and most incredible real estate professionals I know. Not only is she busy, but she is also out there helping others as much as she can. So how does she do it?    

When I think of someone starting a foundation I envision a person who has lots of time and money to spare. Lisa certainly doesn’t have extra time, but she makes it a priority to step up and help when she can. This is part of the reason why she is so successful – she cares about others. Something tells me that when you meet Lisa you can’t help but pick up on her strong desire to help other people win.

And the work she is doing for these horses is simply fantabulous!!! Lisa, hats off to you and all that you do!
