Sterling and Jessica Lemme are a young dynamic real estate-selling duo. He can talk to people like nobody’s business and she is a strong, focused task management master. Together they are unstoppable! Although they had a brand they had already created, we wanted something much stronger for the two of them, but liked some of the elements they started with. By starting with the Instant Identity brand “Seattle Shores” and replacing the imagery to something hip and memorable, replacing the colors with a very sophisticated gold and black palette, and adjusting the fonts, we achieved a whole new eye-catching brand.
