Q: I like your idea of doing annual client reviews, but I can’t figure out the best time to do them! It seems like I put them off each year, and they never get done.
A: You’re not alone! Many agents have the best of intentions, but can’t quite get this handled. There are two theories about when to do annual client reviews: one is to have them coincide with the month your client purchased the home, and the other is to do them all at one time during a slow time of year. That will vary from market to market, but is often over the holidays. When I was actively selling I completed these in January. Why? Because they always got the phone ringing at a time that was otherwise slow for me.
