Dave Bray came to us looking for a brand with high impact, high functionality, and high visibility.
Drawn to a classic design style, Dave wanted to also incorporate tasteful contemporary elements. Because Dave works primarily with banks and investors, he needed a clean, professional image – but one that would stand out in the crowd.
When we began working with Dave he already had a logo, but he needed the logo updated. We incorporated the hummingbird element in addition to Dave’s logo. This busy, active, and efficient creature is a great moniker for the skill with which Dave runs his business.
In order to keep things interesting, we went with a color palette that is rarely used – orange and sterling gray. The combination of unusual colors, coupled with a simpler design, is a winner for Dave.
