Q: “Denise, I send out mailers all the time but I’m not getting much response. What am I doing wrong?” A: It’s one or more of the following: Your branding doesn’t convey the image of a professional expert. Your headline isn’t powerful enough to get them to read the rest of your article. Your content is not relevant to your target market. There is no call to action. You need to ask people to contact you.
