Q: “Denise, nobody showed up at my open house. Why?”

A: It could be that:

1. You’re overpriced,
2. You didn’t do enough marketing and advertising to get people excited about coming to your open house,
3. You didn’t focus enough on benefits in your ad. You put the time, date, and location—but little else, and / or
4. You didn’t have enough signage.

While there are other possibilities it’s usually one or more of the reasons I’ve listed above.   Before your next open houses, really take a look at whether you’ve positioned that open house to be successful.
